You can also add your initials, name, date, and extra text. Just click on the fields to drag and drop them into position on your document. Once you have completed your document, click on the red Sign button. Finally, click Download signed copy to save your signed PDF.

How to Electronically Capture Your Signature Sign a blank sheet of copy paper. Use the copier in your department to scan the page. Make sure you set the file type to JPG. Save the file to a location where it will be easily accessible. Using an app of your choosing, crop the scanned image to remove excess white space.
Write your signature on a piece of plain, white paper. Wait for the ink to dry completely. Place the paper face down on your scanner. Open docHub. Select your device in the Scanner drop-down box, make sure the button indicating New PDF Document is chosen and click the scan button.
If youre satisfied with the compliance status of the document, from the document message bar, select Sign Document and add your digital signature. Save the PDF using a different name than the original and close the document without making any further changes.
