hello this is a video to look at some productivity tools when using PDF talks just to speed up workflows so we can use things like the highlight tool and we can select the tool and then go about selecting some text that we want to highlight but if we then go to select some more text the tool has reverted back to the text selection thats because by default its a single use tool however if you wish to do multiple markups we can use a right-click on the tool instead of a left-click and we can select keep tool selected and you can use this for all of the review tools here and lots of them within pdf Docs to make life easier so if I now want to continue marking something up I can simply carry on clicking and dragging and because I use that right-click the tool will stay selected as long as I need to when Im finished I can just go about and select a different tool or I can press the Escape key and that will take it back to the standard text selector so thats a nice easy way just using t
