In order to convert a fillable PDF file into a non-fillable file, you must PRINT IT TO PDF. Please always PRINT fillable PDF files to PDF so that when you send them to Ms. Smith, they are no longer fillable. (Your PDF wont actually be printed; it will be saved as a regular, non-fillable PDF file.)
