The video tutorial explains how to convert PDF lecture notes into PowerPoint presentations using the Magic Slides app. The process can be applied to any PDF document containing information you wish to use for a presentation. After downloading the PDF, access the Magic Slides add-on by visiting magicslides.app and installing it. Then, open a new Google slide and click on the Magic Slides app extension to generate a PowerPoint presentation. The sidebar will display options such as text, topic to presentation, prompt, and summary features for customization.

When you convert a PowerPoint file to PDF format, only the slides will be exported. However, if you want to include any notes youve added onto each slide, youll need to Print the PowerPoint file as a PDF. This way, all your added notes will be included below each corresponding slide.
In the Slide Show menu, select Use Presenter View. When the Presenter View window appears, click on the Notes button. You can then scroll through the notes privately while your audience sees the current slide.
Click File, then Print. Go to the Show Details section. Choose Notes from the Layout dropdown. Choose Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown, and click Save.
Once youre ready to export your presentation, follow these steps: Click File on the top toolbar, then Print. Choose Show Details. Under the Layout dropdown menu, click Notes. Select Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown menu. Click Save.
How to Save PowerPoint as PDF (without Notes) Open your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint. Press the File tab. Click Save As. Click Browse. Use the dropdown menu to find PDF. Press Save.
On the View menu, click Presenter View. Youll see the main slide that youre presenting, a preview of the next slide, and any notes youve added for the current slide below the preview of the next slide. Your audience will only the slides that youre presenting in your presentation, and not your notes.
Click File. Click Export. Select Create Handouts in the Export panel. Select either Notes next to slides or Notes below slides in the Send to Microsoft Word dialog box.
In PowerPoint, go to File and select Export, then Create Handouts and click on Create Handouts button: 2. Select either Notes next to slides (if your notes are short) or Notes below slides (if you have long notes and complex slides) and Paste, and click OK: 3.
