Today I want to show you how you can convert your PowerPoint presentation into a PDF. This is a great way to share your presentation with your audience without allowing them to modify the original presentation. Its also a great way to share your presentation on the web. At the very end, Ill show you a bonus trick. Its somewhat of a hidden feature that allows you to email a PDF of your presentation with just one click. All right, lets check this out. Here I am in Microsoft PowerPoint and to turn this presentation into a PDF, lets go up to the top left-hand corner and click on the file menu. Within file, lets go down to the export option. At the top of export, youll see the option for PDF/XPS. Thats the one we want, so lets click on create. This opens up a prompt where you can specify where you want to save your PDF. Down below you can type in a file name and you can also choose the quality level. You have standard. This is the top level of quality, but it will also take up more

If you have PowerPoint 2010 or more recent, you can save your PowerPoint file as a PDF file with 3 slides per page and note lines to the right. For PowerPoint 2016/2013: Open your PowerPoint and click on File. Click on Export, choose Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS.
How to print multiple PDF slides per page Open the PDF file and save it to the Desktop. Open the PDF file from Desktop. Click File Print. Click the Multiple button. Choose number of Pages per sheet and Page order. Tick the Print on both sides of paper option. Choose Flip on long edge OR Flip on short edge. Choose Orientation.
Click on Export, choose Create PDF/XPS Document, then click on the box that says Create PDF/XPS. Make sure Save as type: says PDF (*. pdf), then click on Options Under Publish options, change the Publish what: drop-down to Handouts, and then change Slides per page to 3.

How to print PowerPoint as a PDF with notes. Click File on the top toolbar, then Print. Choose Show Details. Under the Layout dropdown menu, click Notes. Select Save as PDF from the PDF dropdown menu. Click Save.
Overlapping objects or objects with transparency can cause issues with exporting. Try rearranging or adjusting the objects on the slide and then exporting again. If the slide contains any animations or transitions, try removing them and then exporting the slide as a PDF.
Print Multiple PowerPoint Slides on one Page In PowerPoint, with your presentation open, click File then Print. In the Print window, in the Settings section, click the Full Page Slides drop-down menu. In the Handouts section of the drop-down menu, choose a multiple slide handout.
