Heres how to convert Gmail to PDF: Open the desired email. Click on the printer icon to open the print dialog. Change the Destination selection to Print As PDF. Navigate to the desired location on your computer and click Save.
Open the email you wish to convert to PDF. Find and click the Print icon. Change the Destination of the document from the dialogue menu. Select Save as PDF from the destination menu. Your computer file directories are now visible in the Save As dialogue box.
First, you should note that outlook cannot save files as PDFs by default since it is not an included export type. However, this lack of saving directly as PDF does not mean its not possible with some smart thinking.
To convert an email to a PDF, youll first need to navigate to the Print dialog box within the specific email you want to convert. The Print dialog box might be represented by a printer icon, or might be found under additional menu options. Click Print. Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box.
How to save a webpage as PDF on Android Tap on the Chrome icon on your device and go to the webpage you want to save as PDF. Tap on the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of the browser. Tap on the Share Tap on the Print button and in the drop-down menu, select Save as PDF.
Save an email as a PDF on your iPhone or iPad In the Mail app, tap an email. To save the email or the email thread as a PDF, tap the More Actions button. Scroll down and tap Print. Touch and hold the preview of the email at the bottom of the screen. Tap the larger preview. Tap the Share button.
Step 1: Create a new document in a text editor. Step 2: Open an email, copy the content from it, and paste the content to the new document page. Step 3: Click File in the upper-left corner and choose Save as. Then select the downloading destination, name the PDF, and choose PDF in Save as type.
On an Android, select Print. On iOS, select the Share icon at the top right corner, then Save to Files. For an Android, choose the down arrow, then Save as PDF PDF. For iOS, the Gmail email should be saved as a PDF at this point.
