Export items to an archive file in Outlook for Mac On the Tools tab, choose Export. Note: Dont see the Export button? In the Export to Archive File (. In the Save As box, under Favorites, choose the Downloads folder, and click Save. Once your data has been exported, youll get a notification.
The Save as docHub PDF option is not a built-in feature of Microsoft Office. It is usually added through the installation of docHub. Beware of Scammers posting Support Numbers here.
Save a message as a PDF file Open the message you want to save as a PDF. In the message, select More actions Print Print. In the Printer dropdown, select Microsoft Print to PDF. Select Print. In the Save Print Output As box, choose a folder for your PDF and enter a file name. Then choose Save.
You can use these steps to save an email as a file in Microsoft Outlook: Open Microsoft Outlook. Double-click on the email you want to save. Go to the upper left corner of the screen, locate the File tab and click on it. Click on Save As. Go to the Folder pane when the Save As dialog box appears.
How to save multiple Outlook emails as PDFs. Press shift and click to choose all messages between clicks or press control and click only the emails you want to save. Once your emails are selected, click File Print. Choose the docHub PDF printer option, then choose Print. Search for where you wish to save the messages.
To convert an email to a PDF, youll first need to navigate to the Print dialog box within the specific email you want to convert. The Print dialog box might be represented by a printer icon, or might be found under additional menu options. Click Print. Select Save As PDF or Export As PDF from the Print dialog box.
Open the Mail app, and click on the email you want to save as a PDF file. Go to the menu bar and select File. Scroll down and pick Export as PDF. In the new window that popped up, give a name to your PDF file.
