This video tutorial demonstrates how to save an Excel file on a Mac for new users. By hovering the mouse pointer at the top of the screen, the hidden menu bar will appear with the "file" option. Clicking on "file" allows you to save changes made to the document on your hard disk. If the document is not saved, click on "Save" and select a destination to save the Excel file. You can also make a copy of the file by clicking on "Save As" and choosing a new file name. The file will be saved in Excel workbook format.
