To save a copy of your annotated PDF for future viewing using the document viewer or any other PDF viewer that supports annotations: Click File options ▸ Save As Choose a name and folder in which to save the file, then click Save.
To create a copy of a PDF, choose File Save As. To save the PDF as accessible text, choose File Save As Other Text.
Change storage settings if your PDF wont save. Open the file in Acrobat. Click Acrobat and choose Preferences at the bottom of the dropdown menu. In the Preferences panel, select General and check the box beside Show online storage when saving files. Press OK.
For each document, add a bookmark. If the navigation pane is not showing, right click and select Show Navigation Pane Buttons or click on the triangle on the left side of the screen. From the icons that appear, click on the Bookmark symbol. The Bookmarks tool bar will appear.

To save a file in .pdf format: In the File Name box, enter a name for the file if you havent already. Click the drop down arrow in the Save as Type box and click PDF (*.pdf) - If you dont see this as an option in the menu, make sure you have the free docHub Reader software installed on your computer.
This can happen if the PDF editor you are using is incompatible with the document or is in conflict with other processes on your system. You may also have altered some of the settings on the application you are using or on the PDF document, therefore preventing certain processes such as saving.
