everybody I got a new video that Im going to be doing because I had a great question from John Griffiths and I wanted to show you guys how to do it so what were gonna be talking about is marking up your contracts in case you wanted to read line something and then gets new signatures and or initials and as you can see we are in one of our docHub rooms and the way Im going to this you can see that I have assigned or the signed one right here and then I also have a couple signed ones so Im going to go in to my envelopes and Im going to create a new envelope Im just going to call this new contract adjustments and Im going to pull from the room Docs now instead of pulling a blank signature or a blank document in Im going to pull in a signed one Im going to pull in my sign as is residential contract here and I add selected and Im going to add the recipient and the recipient are going to be the parties that need to add the signatures in here so Im gonna put click room participan

How to enable document markup on an envelope As you set up your envelope, in the Add Documents and Recipients view, select ADVANCED OPTIONS. In the Advanced Options modal, enable the setting Allow recipients to edit. Select SAVE. Finish setting up your document as usual, and send it.
Envelopes/Documents within an account are never removed unless one of the following has occurred: Draft envelopes are stored in your account for 30 days from the date they were created. eSignature User Guide (PDF) Account Administrator has enabled the Document Retention feature or used Targeted Purge.
Drag the text box to the area you want to edit. If you need to change something you will have to put a box over it and put xs in the box in an effort to strike it out. Then put a new text box next to the area you want to change and put the corrected information.
Save as Template From the Manage page, locate the envelope you want to save as a template. Click the action menu and select Save as Template. A new template appears, open for further editing.
Heres how to eSign a Word document online: Sign up for a free trial at , and then log in. Select New Sign a Document, and then upload the Word document. Select Sign. Review the document, and then select Continue. Drag your electronic signature from the left pane, and drop it into the Word document.
Upload templates Navigate to the Templates page. Select NEWand select Upload Template. Browse to the location of the template file you want to upload and open it. You can upload an individual JSON or XML template file, or a collection of zipped template files. The new template displays at the top of your Templates list.
To save your template without adding fields, click ACTIONS and select SAVE AND CLOSE. To set the signing fields for your document, click NEXT. To add signing fields for each of your template recipients, follow the regular procedure described in Add Fields to Documents. To finish your template, click SAVE AND CLOSE.

Once youre happy with your Word document, youll need to save it as a PDF. Open PDF with Acrobat Reader. Prepare the form. Save your form.
