Follow the steps below to flatten a completed PDF fillable form: Open fillable form. Add appropriate data. Right click on document and select Print. Select the PDF printer. ( Select OK. Specify location to save the printed, flattened version of the form. Select Save. File the flattened form in CM/ECF.
Making a field required in docHub Open the necessary PDF form, choose Forms Signatures Prepare Form. Select the field that needs to be required, right click on it and choose Set as a Required Field: Save changes.
To create an interactive form, use the Prepare Forms tool. See Create a form from an existing document. To enable the Fill Sign tools, from the hamburger menu (File menu in macOS) choose Save As Other Acrobat Reader Extended PDF Enable More Tools (includes Form Fill-in Save).
To save the filled-out form, go to File and Select Save or go to File and Save As. DO NOT use Print and docHub PDF to save the form. What if your PDF form still opens in your browser? If your PDF still opens in the browser when you open the file in the desktop, you will need to adjust your file properties.
Change flat forms to fillable (Acrobat Pro) See Create a form from an existing document. To enable the Fill Sign tools, from the hamburger menu (File menu in macOS) choose Save As Other Acrobat Reader Extended PDF Enable More Tools (includes Form Fill-in Save).
Create fillable forms Select Prepare Form from the Tools center or right-hand pane. Select an existing document to use as your form (for example, a Word, Excel, InDesign, or PDF file) and select Start. Select Preview to see your form. Select Edit to continue work, or select File Save As to save the PDF form.
Completing fillable forms Fill out the form and save it using docHub Reader: Use the docHub Reader to open the empty PDF form that you saved on your own computer or network. Complete the form. On the Reader menu, go to File Save As.
