Save a Word file as tagged PDF Open the Word file that you want to save as a tagged PDF, and then tap the File icon. On the File menu, tap Save. On the Save menu, tap Export this file. Choose a location for your PDF and tap . Enter a File name for the PDF, and tap and select PDF from the File Type drop down. Tap Save .
A quick fix is to open the Word document and select File Share Send PDF, as your Mail app and you will be able to share a PDF attachment of the file. Another reason why you cant save a Word document as PDF is because the app cannot find your file.
In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for versions 2010 and later, theres no need to enable a Save as PDF option. The functionality is built-in. You can simply use the Save As menu and select PDF from the Save as type dropdown to convert your documents to the PDF format.
Select Save . Select the File tab. Select Save As . In the File Name box, enter a name for the file, if you havent already. In the Save as type list, select PDF (*.pdf) . Select Options to set the page to be printed, to choose whether markup should be printed, and to select output options. Select Save .
You may need to update your editing software, change your storage settings, or use an online PDF converter.
Method 1: Using Word on Android Once it is open, select File indicated by the three-dot menu in the editing ribbon at the top of your workspace. Step 2: From the menu that appears, select Print. Step 3: From the drop-down menu that appears, under Format, select Save as PDF if it is not already selected.
Open the file you want to save as a PDF. Tap File on your Android, then select Print. Select the dropdown menu and tap Save as PDF. Pick your preferred location for your PDF and press Save.
Options for how to open a PDF in Word. Open Word. Choose the Blank Document option from the home screen. In the upper-left corner of the window, select the File tab. Click Open.
