In the Preview app on your Mac, open a PDF or image. Move the pointer next to the documents name in the title bar, click the arrow that appears, then select or deselect the Locked checkbox.
How to save a filled-out PDF form on Mac. Navigate to the left-hand side of your screen and select File from the top menu. Scroll down to Print.
