To combine multiple PDFs into one PDF on your Mac, locate the PDFs, open them all, select all in the edit menu, go to file, print, choose save as PDF, select what to save it as (e.g. one), choose where to save it, add info if needed, and click save. This will combine all pages into one new PDF.
