On the file menu, tap Save As. You can save your files locally to your device or save them to the cloud so you can share with others easily.
Save and name a new spreadsheet Click anywhere in the spreadsheet window to make it active, then choose File Save (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Enter a name in the Save As field, then enter one or more tags (optional). Click the Where pop-up menu and choose a location. Click Save.
Select a spreadsheet or folder, then click Recover at the bottom of the window (or choose it from the items More menu ). The selected item moves back to its former location in the spreadsheet manager (under Browse and Recents).
Numbers automatically saves your spreadsheet as you work and gives it a default name. At any time, you can rename the spreadsheet or create a duplicate of it with a different name.

Excel for Android tablet is very similar to the Excel you already know. But there are some differences if you are used to using a mouse and keyboard.
Open an existing spreadsheet in Numbers Tap a thumbnail to open a spreadsheet. If you dont see the spreadsheet you want to open, try searching for it, or tap the link in the top-left corner to browse Recents or a different location. See Find a spreadsheet in Numbers on iPad.
