Edge stores autofill information such as profiles, locations, card numbers in the Web Data database. Saved credentials are stored in the Login Data database. You can find URLs and associated login data in the logins table. However, all of the passwords are encrypted.
Open Microsoft Edge Open Microsoft Edge. Click the 3 dots in the top right of the screen. Select Settings. Select Privacy, search, and services. Under Clear Browsing Data, select Choose What to Clear. In the Time Range menu, select All Time. Check off Autofill Form Data (Includes Forms and Cards). Click Clear Now.
How do I manage my Autofill data? To add, remove, and change your Autofill data, simply go to your Edge Settings Profiles Personal info. You must be signed into Edge to use and manage Autofill.
When you download a file in Microsoft Edge, a pop-up window asks if you want to save it or cancel the download. By default, Microsoft Edge saves downloads to your computers Downloads folder.
Saving a Web Page as a File Visit the web page you want to save. Click on the Settings and more icon in the top-right corner of the window. Select Save as from the list of options.
Edge Site Settings are stored in the Preferences JSON file. Edge Thumbnails are stored in the Top Sites SQLite database, within the thumbnails table. Edge Website Visits are stored in the History SQLite database, within the visits table. Associated URL information is stored within the urls table.
You can also save how you filled out your name, address, and other info in web forms, which makes filling similar forms in the future quicker and easier. Select Settings and more Settings Profiles Addresses and more. Turn on Save and fill addresses.
Your Autofill data is stored in Google Cloud. If you save credit card details on your computer, this data will also be available on your synchronized devices, like your smartphone and tablet. Deleting browsing history, sign-in data, and passwords will wipe that information from all your devices.
