What To Do When Cannot Download Attachments from Gmail? If Gmail attachments are not downloading, make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough storage space. Clear your browser cache and update it to the latest version. If the issue continues, try using a different browser or device.
In the apps top-right corner, tap on the 3-dot menu and select Print. If the email has more than one message, the option will be Print all. Expand the drop-down menu in the top-left corner and select the Save as PDF option.

On an Android, select Print. On iOS, select the Share icon at the top right corner, then Save to Files. For an Android, choose the down arrow, then Save as PDF PDF. For iOS, the Gmail email should be saved as a PDF at this point.
