hi guys today Ill be teaching you what is the simple process to save any print or printable file to your desktop at the moment you can see that there are only 6 icons on my system on my desktop it does not show any kind of PDF file so let me start the process to save any printable file to your system for example we have a command which is giving us an option to print that document directly so at the moment destination says HP laser printers which could be any printer which is attached with the system so we have to click on this option called change and as soon as you click on change we will have this option called save as PDF HP LaserJet printer and other other destination so we have to choose this option called save as PDF let me click here so after that we have to again click on option called save and then we can choose our destination to save this file for choose desktop and I will name this file ing to my own wish let me name this file as my m4 10 document now after that Ill clic
