By default, Opera opens PDF files in the Opera browser window.
How to enable the PDF plugin in Opera Launch Opera browser. Type opera:plugins in the address bar and hit the Enter key. Click Enable next to docHub.

In the address or URL bar type: opera://settings/content/pdfDocuments and press enter. On the page that opens, turn on Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Opera. Just click on the little switch to the right.
You can save a webpage as a PDF on a Windows computer using any installed web browser, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. To save any webpage as a PDF, you will need to access the browsers Print menu and select Save as PDF or Microsoft Print to PDF for your printing destination.
All download files while using Opera Touch are found in the Download manager page. (This is only available for Opera Touch on Android at the moment.) The Downloads page is found in the overflow menu.
By default, Opera opens PDF files in the Opera browser window. To disable this and have PDF files open in your PDF Reader program (docHub Reader or other), follow the steps below. Click the Opera menu button in the upper left corner, click More tools and select Show developer menu.
