To combine multiple PDFs into one document on your Mac, open all the PDFs you want to combine. Select the PDF and go to edit, then select all. To combine them, go to file, print, and choose PDF from the print menu. Click "save as PDF," select a name, choose where to save it, add info if needed, and click save. The pages will be combined into one new PDF.

On your Mac, you can also export the file as flattened: Open a PDF file. Go to the FillSign mode. Select Export as Flattened.
On your Mac, open the document you want to save as a PDF. Choose File Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF you want to change. Do any of the following: Quickly highlight, underline, or strike through text: Select text, click the down arrow next to the Highlight button , then choose a highlight color, underline, or strikethrough.
How to convert a PDF to read-only on Mac and Windows. Right-click your PDF. Select Properties. Choose Read-only. Click OK.
How do you change the format of a picture on a Mac? Use the Finder to open your PDF in Acrobat, then select File. From the drop-down menu, select Export to Image. Choose the image format you want to export your PDF as, such as JPG. Click Export. Select Save As and rename your newly converted file.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open a PDF or image. Choose File Save. To save a file using a different filename, press and hold the Option key, choose File Save As, then enter a name. Choose where you want to save the file, select a file format, then click Save.
Once your PDF document is open, click on the Tools menu and then select Export. As you can see from the below graphic, several options will appear on the screen. For example, you can choose to convert your PDF to a Word document, Image, PowerPoint slide, or even a spreadsheet.
Open the PDF in Acrobat and select Convert from the top tools bar. Alternatively, from the All tools menu, select Export a PDF. The various formats to which you can export the PDF file are displayed. From the Convert panel, select image format and then from the drop-down, select the desired image file format.
