To solve the issue of PDFs opening in docHub reader on Chrome, go to Chrome settings, then click on "Advanced" and navigate to Downloads. Clear the option to open certain file types automatically after downloading. Next, go to Privacy and Security, select Additional Content Settings, click on PDF documents, and enable the option to download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
