Support for Internet Explorer ended on June 15, 2022. Internet Explorer 11 has been permanently disabled through a Microsoft Edge update on certain versions of Windows 10. If any site you visit needs Internet Explorer 11, you can use Microsoft Edge with IE mode.
The correct answer is iexplore. The run command used to open Internet Explorer in Windows is iexplore. The iexplore.exe file is referred to as the executable file of Microsoft Internet Explorer. This Microsoft Windows application allows you to surf the web and local intranets.

Accessing Internet Explorer Click the Windows Start button. In the Start menu, click Windows Accessories, and then click Internet Explorer. Note: If you do not see Internet Explorer in the Windows Accessories group, follow the steps below to set up Internet Explorer on your computer.
Head to the Start Menu and click on Settings. Select Apps, then Default apps. Scroll down and locate Web browser. Click on it and select Internet Explorer.

Steps for exporting Internet settings: Open regedit. Right click on [HKEYCURRENTUSER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings] and select export.
