In the Safari app , you can mark up a webpage, highlight your favorite parts, draw and write notes, and share your document as a PDF with others. Tap Markup , then use the tools to annotate the webpage. Tap Done, then tap Save File To.
Highlights extracts highlighted text and other types of annotations from PDFs and lets you save them as a separate PDF file on your iPad for free. Open the PDF document in Highlights. Tap the share icon in top right corner: Select Notes. Select PDF. Choose where you want to share or save it.
