How to save a PDF of a web page Open the print menu by pressing Ctrl+P. Under the Printer drop-down menu, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save as PDF. Click Print. When prompted, choose where you want to save the file.
If your PDF wont save, update the PDF editing software. Like any type of software, your PDF reader or editor needs updates occasionally. Make sure your PDF editing software is up to date by visiting the docHub website and downloading the latest version.
If the file is unsaved, select File Save As. Select Browse to choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file. In the drop-down list, select PDF. Select Save.
An unstable Internet connection can prevent you from downloading from other websites. Try downloading a file from another website, such as .microsoft.com, .apple.com, or .mozilla.com. If the problem persists, contact your network administrator, help desk resource, or Internet service provider (ISP).
To save changes to the current file, choose File Save. To save a copy of a PDF, choose File Save As. In Acrobat Reader, choose File Save As or File Save As Other Text. To save a copy of a PDF Portfolio, choose File Save As Other PDF Portfolio.
In Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for versions 2010 and later, theres no need to enable a Save as PDF option. The functionality is built-in. You can simply use the Save As menu and select PDF from the Save as type dropdown to convert your documents to the PDF format.
How to create PDF files: Open Acrobat and choose Tools Create PDF. Select the file type you want to create a PDF from: single file, multiple files, scan or other option. Click Create or Next depending on the file type. Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save to your desired location.
