[Music] today im going to walk you through how you can take advantage of our new feature saved fields but before we dive in lets go over when and why you might want to use saved fields on your forms our saved fields feature allows you to save the custom unique fields you frequently use across your forms this might include fields that capture information such as student ids employee ids or social security numbers today im going to use an hr use case to show you how to set up saved fields and apply them to a form ive already gone ahead and added most of the fields i need to my w9 form but as a member of the hr team i frequently use fields like social security number and employer id so to save myself time creating that field for each form im going to go ahead and save it as a saved field for my social security field im using the standard number form field im giving my field a label and adding supporting text as well as a placeholder to show my end users how to format their submiss
