You can change how your start page and other Opera pages appear by applying wallpapers. There are a few preloaded wallpapers in Opera, which you can find in Settings Wallpapers. You can also access wallpapers from the Easy Setup panel. In the Easy setup panel, click on a wallpaper to change the look of your browser.
Go to Page menu, select the pages you want to rotate, and then choose direction of rotation by clicking the icon named Left rotate or Right rotate. Or you can just right click the page to be rotated and choose Rotate Page.
Open your Opera web browser and confirm that your homepage is being opened when you open Opera. Open Opera, Click Opera Logo (Top Left) Select Settings Click Set pages Type in Homepage Url. Close Browser. Confirm Homepage.
