You can also rotate by pressing control, shift, and plus. Don't just save the file after fixing the view - print it as a PDF instead. docHub recently changed the way the Rotate command in the right-click menu works (without notifying anyone) from Rotate View to Rotate Page, so if you try to use it in Reader it prompts you to buy Acrobat. It still works just like before if you do it via the View menu, though.
