How to rotate a PDF on an Android device. Open the PDF in the Acrobat Reader app. Tap the Organize Pages tool on the left toolbar. Tap and hold on the pages you want to rotate. Choose either clockwise or counterclockwise at the bottom of the toolbar.
Open page management mode Tap on the Edit icon and then you will see the Rotate button at the bottom, and choose the page or pages you want to rotate.
