This video tutorial demonstrates how to permanently rotate a PDF using DocHub. Open the PDF in DocHub, go to "organize pages", select the page, and click "rotate clockwise". Then go to file and save. Repeat these steps for each page in the PDF. Reopen the PDF to see it correctly oriented.

With Acrobat and not Reader, you need to use the Document menu item Rotated Pages (Shift + Ctrl + R) or the Tools = Page Content = Rotate Pages to rotate the pages as needed and then save the file. This not rotating the view of the pages.
On Windows, to rotate a PDF and save changes in docHub Reader, launch docHub Reader. Once opened, select Document Rotate Pages from the menu bar. Then click the Counterclockwise or Clockwise buttons to rotate the page. Once the page is in the desired orientation, click File Save to save the change.
You must use Acrobat to rotate a page or pages of a PDF and save the rotation. docHub Reader cannot do this. docHub Reader supports rotating view but this is temporary and cannot be saved (rotate view is not rotate page). If you are using docHub Reader it is not possible.
How to rotate pages in a PDF: Open the PDF in Acrobat. Select the Organize Pages tool: Choose Tools Organize Pages. Or, select Organize Pages from the right pane. Choose pages to rotate: Rotate pages: Save PDF:
Step 2: Solution: Use the Pages Tab or Shift + Ctrl + R to Rotate and Save Your PDF in a New Orientation. If you want to change the orientation of your PDF page and have that choice saved so that it opens in the new orientation when you next open the document, you will want to use the Pages tab.
