hi 365 ninja fans todays video is going to show how to make comments review comments and track changes in PowerPoint so when you have your PowerPoint presentation open and you want to start making comments all you need to do is go to the insert tab and select comment from here the sidebar will appear and you can start making your comments each of the comments are slotted on each slide so for instance if I made a comment right here it would be stored on slide 1 lets say I want to make another comment on here and now I can actually toggle through my comments and jump between slides so now lets say we want to review comments so Ive sent this presentation over to my coworker whos given me some feedback and I just reopened the PowerPoint document now I want to review the comment shes made so theres a few ways I can access the comments I can go to review tab and select show comments I can also select this button down here and youll see that this sidebar appears here so Ive gotten so

Hide Entire Slide Click Slide on the pane located to the left of the slide. Open Slide Sorter on the View tab. Right-click the slide that you wish to hide. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu bar and click Hide Slide. Click Hide Slide again when you wish to view the slide.
Show footer information on your slides You can add information like a presentation title or the words Company Confidential to the bottom of your slides. You can also add things like the date and time, and slide numbers. Click INSERT Header Footer. On the Slide tab, check Footer.

How to Unlock or Remove Read-only Permission from PowerPoint Presentation Open the read-only PowerPoint presentation. You can click the Edit Anyway button to remove read-only restrict. Or click File tab in the ribbon, and select Info option. Then click Protect Presentation to disable Make as Final.
