If reviewers made changes to your presentation, youll see them under Presentation Changes in the Revisions task pane. To see the details about a change in the body of the slide, click each list item.
Open any presentation in PowerPoint 2010. Choose the Insert tab of the Ribbon and then click the Clip Art button from the Images group, as shown in Figure 2. This brings up the Clip Art Task Pane that you can see in Figure 3 (highlighted in red), on the right side of the PowerPoint interface.
To edit the comment, double-click the comment icon to bring up the Comment box, as shown in Figure 6, below. Click within the Comment box, as shown highlighted in red within Figure 6, and make the changes you want. Then, click outside the Comment box to complete the changes.
You can type your new comment in the comments pane at the right and select Post (or press CTRL+Enter on Windows, or CMND+Enter on Mac) to finish your comment.
Open the original version of your presentation then select the Review tab and click on Compare. Selecting Show Markup from the review ribbon will display or hide all of the comments in your presentation.
The pen tool (keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P) can be used to markup/draw on the slide. The highlighter tool is similar to the pen tool but with a bigger brush size.
Select the Review tab, and in the Compare group, select Compare . From the dialog box, locate the original copy, select it, and click Merge . The Comments and Revisions panes will open on the right, showing changes and any inserted comments. Select the revisions and you will see them noted in the presentation.
Within the review tab of your PowerPoint file, select the Reviewing Pane, and it will show any changes in a small text box.
To annotate the presentation, press on the annotation tools button, and the menu below will appear: The laser pointer tool (keyboard shortcut Ctrl + L) will turn the mouse pointer into a bigger red dot like a laser pointer. The pen tool (keyboard shortcut Ctrl + P) can be used to markup/draw on the slide.
To cause the Startup task pane to appear when you start an Office program, follow these steps: Start the Office program that you want. On the Tools menu, click Options. The Options dialog box appears. On the View tab, under Show, click to select the Startup Task Pane check box, and then click OK.
