This video shows how to use the highlighters in ReadWrite for Google Chrome. The highlighters are great for research, close reading, and extracting key information. Just select some text on the web or in a document, and choose a highlight color. Use the broom icon to remove highlights. You can then collect your highlights into a new Word Doc or Google Doc. Click the Collect Highlights button, choose which colors to include and how to sort them, and click Okay. This automatically creates a new doc in your drive containing your highlights, as well as a link back to the original source. You can use it in your documents, or anywhere on the web, like an LMS.
