Hello everyone, today we do a little dotwork tutorial together. Hope yall did your warmup excercice, if not, click here. Before we start working with the dotwork practice, I created this excercise template, which you can download for free (link in description). Lets start with the basics. The first thing to mention is the size of the dots. Aim is to achieve dots as constant in size as possible. Try to press with the same pressure for every dot to get dots that are the same size and a nice looking result. The distance of the dots is the second topic. I draw a black rectangle to demonstrate a dark area. We also have midtones and highlights. We have to place the dots on top of each other to get a dark feel to them. When a revision involves two or more individual changes on a drawing, each change may be identified by a sequence number enclosed in parentheses preceding the description of the change.
Revision Tables record the changes that have been made to a drawing.
The drawing revision and drawing number make up a unique reference to a drawing, when making a change you need to know the drawing number that youre modifying, and which revision you are making the edits to (generally the most recent revision).
Any changes made to the blueprints are listed in a revision block thats typically located in the title block or in the top right corner of the actual revised drawing.
The revised drawing revisions will be identified by incrementing the documents associated revision number or letter. For example, the first drawing number will be PV-7E-001 while the second revision will be PV-7E-001-A where the A indicates the new revision.
The term Drawing Revision refers to modifications that are made to a drawing after it has been signed and issued. The first revision to a drawing takes place after the initial issue of the drawing is signed and released for bid or construction.
