testing testing any confirmation that im live will be greatly appreciated i guess i am i should be right so uh the next few hours and i hope to make it under actually i i allocated three hours to this but the more i think of it the more uh i realize that it should be like a two-hour lecture with a break somewhere in between uh is dedicated to cross dock uh all about cross dock theres a lot of misconceptions about crossdog how it operates now of course this may go totally outdated in a like a year even though the cross dock function has been around for more than a year now i think i dont remember exactly where it launched when it launched but it was quite some time ago i imagine somewhere along the uh along the pricing updates which was like fall 2019 i guess um yeah somewhere around that time and yeah so cross dock is an interesting topic its not the first thing that you explore when you get uh into coda its something that you start looking into later down the road when you start

Setting Defaults in the Cross-reference Dialog Box At the location where you want the cross-reference, press Ctrl+F9 to insert a pair of field braces. The insertion point should be in the middle of the braces. Type pageref and a space. Type the name of the bookmark to be referenced. Press F9 to update the field.
Delete a Cross-Reference in a document Select the cross-reference in the Cross-References panel. Click Delete.

Update a cross-reference Click in the body section of your document (i.e. not the header or footer). Press Ctrl-A to select all paragraphs. Press F9 to update all cross-references. (This will also update other fields in your document, such as the table of contents.)
Insert a Cross-reference Click where you want to add a reference. Click the Insert tab. Expand the Links group, if necessary. Click the Cross-reference button. Select what you want the cross-reference to point to. Click the Insert reference to list arrow and select how you want the reference to be displayed.
You can update cross-references manually by pressing Ctrl + A to select all and then pressing F9. Cross-references will also be updated when you switch to Print Preview or when you print (if the Word option Update fields before printing is turned on).
Press the F9 key, which updates all selected fields. Word updates all of the cross-references in the document at once.
Search the Symbols Menu Go to the Insert tab, click on Symbol on the far right, click More Symbols, and change the font to Wingdings in the box that pops up. Then, scroll down to the bottom and choose the tick or cross symbol that you prefer.
