Select Range to Create a Graph from Workbook Data Once the text is highlighted you can select a graph (which Excel refers to as chart). Click the Insert tab and click Recommended Charts on the toolbar. Then click the type of graph you wish to use.
Right-click inside the text box and then click the formatting options that you want. You can also use the formatting buttons on the Ribbon (Home tab, Font group). To format the whole title, you can right-click it, click Format Chart Title, and then select the formatting options that you want.
Add data labels Click the chart, and then click the Chart Design tab. Click Add Chart Element and select Data Labels, and then select a location for the data label option. Note: The options will differ depending on your chart type. If you want to show your data label inside a text bubble shape, click Data Callout.
On your Android phone or tablet, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app. Double-tap the chart you want to edit. Tap Edit chart. Choose from: Type: Change the chart type. Legend: Change the legend location. Titles: Change the chart and axis titles. When youre done, tap Done .
Change the chart text font Right click the chart title and click Font. Click the Font tab, and enter the new size in the Size box.
Create a chart Click anywhere in the data for which you want to create a chart. Select Insert Charts and the chart type you want. On the menu that opens, select the option you want. To edit the chart (titles, legends, data labels), select the Chart tab and then select Format.
Look for the text option in the sidebar. This will enable you to select columns that associate text with corresponding data points. For each group of data that you want to plot, youll need to select a column of x-values, a column of y-values, and a column for the text labels.
Right-click your chart, and then choose Select Data. In the Legend Entries (Series) box, click the series you want to change. Click Edit, make your changes, and click OK.
First, open the text file in Excel. Then, select the data you want to plot. Next, click the Insert tab and choose the type of graph or chart you want to create. Finally, click the Create button.
