To combine multiple PDFs into one document on your Mac, locate the PDFs you want to combine and open them all. Select all the content, go to File, then Print. In the print menu, choose the option to save as PDF. A new toolbar will appear where you can name the new PDF file. Select where you want to save it, add any necessary info, and click Save. The pages will be processed and combined into a single PDF document.

Using Mac Preview to reorder PDF pages. In the Preview app, open the PDF you would like to change. Select View. Choose Thumbnails or View. Alternatively, you can also select Contact Sheet. Drag the pages to your new desired location for them. Your pages are now reordered and ready to go.
You will find to undo and redo buttons in the top left corner of the page. The undo button is an arrow pointing left, the redo button is an arrow pointing right. Alternatively, you can undo the last changes by pressing Ctrl+Z. You can reverse the last undo command by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Z.

Double-click on a PDF file to open it in the Preview app, or right-click and select Open With Preview. To rotate one page using the toolbar icons: Select the page. Click the Rotate Left or Rotate Right button in the toolbar.
You can reverse the order of pages in your PDF file easily with PDF Expert for Mac if you do this: go to Page Thumbnails select all the pages previews with cmd+A right click on one of the previews choose Reverse. Tap at the top left. Tap Select at the top right and choose the pages. Choose Extract.
On your Mac, open the document, then choose File Revert To Browse All Versions. Click tick marks along the timeline to browse versions. Display the version you want, then do one of the following: Restore your document to this version: Click Restore.
