Open the PDF that you need to re-order. From the Home tab, select Document Assembly. All the pages in the PDF will appear as thumbnails. Drag and drop the pages you want to reorder from the end of the document to the front.
Double-click on a PDF file to open it in the Preview app, or right-click and select Open With Preview. To rotate one page using the toolbar icons: Select the page. Click the Rotate Left or Rotate Right button in the toolbar.
Select the File button, or press Ctrl+P on Windows or Cmd+P on macOS. Under Print Range, check the box that says Reverse Pages. Power PDF automatically reverses all pages for printing without changing the document itself. Set your other printer settings, then print as usual.
Locate the document you want to restore previous versions of and click on it to open it. Once the document is open, click on the More button located at the top right corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select Version History. A list of all the previous versions of the document will appear.
Convert PDFs Open the PDF in Acrobat and select Convert from the top tools bar. Select a desired file format (such as Microsoft Word) and then select Convert to (file format you select). To configure the conversion settings, select and then modify the settings as required.
Using Mac Preview to reorder PDF pages. In the Preview app, open the PDF you would like to change. Select View. Choose Thumbnails or View. Alternatively, you can also select Contact Sheet. Drag the pages to your new desired location for them. Your pages are now reordered and ready to go.
