Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and select View all Outlook settings. Then, go to Compose and reply. Scroll down to the Email signature section. Here, you can type in your signature and format it however you like.
Steps Locate where you saved your signature backup files. Open Outlook. Click File in the top right corner. Click Options near the bottom left of the menu. Click Mail on the bar on the side. Hold Ctrl and click Signatures. Copy or drag your backed-up files into this location. Restart Outlook.
Add a signature to messages On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures. Under Choose default signature, in the E-mail account list, click an email account with which you want to associate the signature. In the New messages list, select the signature that you want to include.
Create a signature Select Settings View all Outlook settings. Select Compose and reply. Create your signature. Choose if you want to include your signature on new messages and messages you reply to or forward. Select Save.
