everyone uh its kirsten here technical educator intern here at web3 foundation and today were going to be learning how to backup and to restore your accounts so the first way that were going to do that is using the polka dot js user interface were going to first make sure that were on the correct url so pogo.js.org apps and currently im on the accounts page so its best if you had there too so thats underneath accounts and then you click the accounts button all right so the first thing that were going to do is were going to select an account that were going to back up im going to select the kirsten proxy account here at the bottom and im going to hit on the three dots and im going to hit create backup file for this account so im going to enter in my password thats associated with that account and hit download and what this will do is generate the json file thats associated with that account and it will save it locally so at this point i have the backup file for my um pr
