Open the form for which you want to review the results, and then select the Responses tab. Scroll down to review a summary of the responses for each question asked. Select View results to see detailed responses from each respondent. Select Open in Excel to view an editable spreadsheet of responses to your form.
On the Responses Tab, Click the More Options icon and Delete all Responses. 3. If you will click it, it will reset your responses and delete the previous responses.
1 additional answer I have raised the question on the forum as suggested above and have been informed that this is not a feature yet so the responses cannot be recovered.
Click on the Recycle bin icon in the lower right corner of forms.office.com. Hover over the form you want to recover, and then click Restore. To see your recovered form, click on the Back to my Forms page arrow.
In Microsoft Forms, you can easily view all of the response data for your form or quiz in Microsoft Excel. An Excel workbook with your response data will be downloaded to your desktop or stored in OneDrive, depending on the starting point of your form or quiz.
@choudhal unfortunately if you delete a question the responses are deleted as well and cant be recovered as there is no recycle bin for the responses.
Recover a deleted form Go to the Deleted forms tab. This tab serves as your recycle bin. On the form you want to delete, select More options in the lower right corner of the form tile, and then click Restore. To see your recovered form, go to your All forms tab.
