Chris from Red River discusses how to revert to a previous version of a document in Office 365, a feature not available in regular file shares. This functionality is crucial in Office 365 and can save time and effort. Instead of redoing all edits, SharePoint and OneDrive offer a versioning feature that allows users to easily revert to an older version of a document. This process is demonstrated using an example of reverting an agenda document back to a previous version. Simply right-click the document in the browser, access version history, choose the desired version, and click restore. The restored version becomes the latest one, leaving all previous versions intact.
