Enter ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft Edge/ in the text box and click Go. Look for a folder named Default or a folder with your profile name. Inside this folder, you should find a file named History. This file contains your browsing history.
If you clean the history in Chrome, the local records are removed simultaneously. However, as long as you have made a backup of the local history database prior to deleting the history in Chrome, you can find the backup file and recover Chrome history by importing the records.
Microsoft Edge also has a Recently Closed feature in its main menu. Click the three-dot icon at the top right corner of your browser window and select History. Youll see your browsing history and a list of recently closed tabs, so you can find the ones you need to restore.
Open the file you want to view. Click the title of your file and select Version history. Select a version to open it. If you want to restore the previous version youve opened, select Restore.
The delete option in the Edge downloads pane deletes the files directly, they do not go to the recycle bin, and there is no setting to change that behaviour, the only way to recover those files would be to use some 3rd party recovery utility to try to undelete and recover those files.
Open the DocHub site and click Log in to authorize. If you still need an account, click Sign up and enter your details to register. Once you see the Dashboard, you can Restore Previous Versions of Documents in Microsoft Edge by uploading it from your device or linking it from your online storage platform.
