Click Options at the bottom. Click Advanced option. Scroll down to General tab. Check Confirm file format conversion on open. Click OK. Go to File. Click Open. Find your corrupted word document. Click Files of Type box, select Recover text from Any File. Click Open. You will get your repaired document. Or you can recover your document from unsaved documents. This may lose some content.
