hi in this video were going to take a look at how you can fix the issue with being able to open up a jpeg image and it says un supported file now you can see here when i try to open up after that i have downloaded the jpeg image and when i open it so the file is not supported so heres what you can do so what you want to do is you go to back to your home screen you swipe up and you go to the samsung folder open up my files my file is the file manager and you want to go to your download folder out a photo where it contains the image that you want to open so this one here you can see it shows a preview of the picture but when i try to open it its a the file is not supported if i tap on details uh it says zero byte but you know the image is there you can see it has 0.98 megabytes and it shows a preview so what you can do is touch and hold into the file and then tap on the at the top here tap on the option key and then tap on rename and then you want to rename the extension from jpeg to
