To add Ink annotations in Microsoft Office applications, select the Review menu, then select Start Inking. Note: In Microsoft Word or Excel, select the Insert tab and then click on Start Inking.
In the Word document, go to File Options. Under the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Print section. Make sure that the checkbox for printing only the data from a form is unchecked.
The Draw tab is normally found on the Ribbon. However, if you dont see it on yours, heres how to add it. Right-click the Ribbon and select Customize the Ribbon. Check the box next to Draw, then click OK.
On the Review tab, select Track Changes. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select one of the following: To track only the changes that you make to the document, select Just Mine. To track changes to the document made by all users, select For Everyone.
On the Review tab, in the Comments group, click the arrow below Delete, then click Delete All Comments in Document. To use Document Inspector to find remaining tracked changes, comments, and other information you may not want to share, on the Review tab, click Check for Issues, then Inspect Document.
Click on Accept, under Changes, then use the arrow to navigate to and select Accept All Changes in Document, if you approve of all of the changes and want Word to automatically accept them in their entirety. By accepting all of the changes, Word removes their markups.
Search through the list of documents to see whether the deleted Word document is still there. If you dont know the file name, look for file types such as .doc, .docx, and .dot. If you find the desired Word file, right-click the file name, and then select Restore to recover the file.
