in this video I just want to quickly go over the basics of setting up your CSV file or your spreadsheet to keep track of your data and I prefer using Google spreadsheet and so to do this I would start off by going to Google Drive then new and then Google sheets and itll create a new file for you thatll be thatll be empty and here Im going to give myself a title that relates to the thing that Im recording and just keep it at one word then Im gonna create a header for each column of data and I want to limit that to just one word so here Im using miles and Ive got a list of numbers underneath and then Im keeping track of my mood and here Im keeping track on like a scale from 1 to 5 and so 4 5 3 1 and then I can also use text as a form of data so Ive recorded the smell and Hoagy gravel Hoagy trash right so and notice that each one is spelled exactly the same way and has the same capitalization and thats so the program doesnt have to like try and figure out differences between
