Setup the domain Click SSL/TLS Manager Setup a SSL certificate to work with your site. From the Domain drop down menu select the domain that will use the SSL Certificate. Open GeoTrustIntermediate.txt in Notepad or other simple text editor (not Word). Click on Certificate.
Adding certificate snap-ins Launch MMC (mmc.exe). Choose File Add/Remove Snap-ins. Choose Certificates, then choose Add. Choose My user account. Choose Add again and this time select Computer Account.

To restore a backed-up certificate, with or without the private key, use the CREATE CERTIFICATE statement. To restore a private key to an existing certificate in the database, use the ALTER CERTIFICATE statement. When performing a backup, the files will be ACLd to the service account of the SQL Server instance.
Click Security SSL certificate and key management. Under Related Items, click Key stores and certificates. From the Keystore usages drop-down list, select Deleted certificates keystore.

Restoring a private CA (console) On the Private certificate authorities page, choose your deleted private CA from the list. On the Actions menu, choose Restore. On the Restore CA page, choose Restore again. If successful, the status of the private CA is set to its pre-deletion state.
How to Unrevoke a Certificate. You can reverse the revocation of a certificate, provided that you revoked it for the Certificate Hold reason. Find it in the Revoked Certificates branch. Right-click on it, go to All Tasks, and click Unrevoke Certificate.
