so we are in after effects and i have this very simple composition that has a lot of different moving parts but heres what i want to do next right now the size of this composition is set to 1280 by 720 but i want to resize this up to 1920 by 1080. so how do i do that quickly without doing it manually like this i mean you can do it this way but then you have to readjust every single layer i mean that can definitely take you a very long time so let me undo this let me show you a much quicker way of doing this all you need to do just go to file and go to scripts and then next click on this scale composition when you do that youll see this panel show up in here you definitely have some options in here but were going to go with new comp width when you click on that youll see the current composition width but were going to take it up to 1920 and all you need to do just hit on this scale button when you do that it will automatically resize your composition to that width and i can prove
