hey guys welcome to my YouTube channel in this video Im going to show you how to adjust the signature size in your PDF if youre creating a PDF and you wanted to capture the signature of the user sometimes the signature is a bit big a bit small and you wanted to adjust it so Ill show you how to do that first of all if you wanted to capture the signature of the user you have to change the column type into signature so this is in this example in order to change the size of the signature you have to go to the ux then format rules then you can need to create a new format rule so select what is the table so the table in this example is payments then Ill just name this like signature then down here you have to select the signature column here then you have to scroll down you can see that there is a workflow template format so you have a selection here large medium small tiny and text so lets say Im going to choose the large one and this is the default size well see how is it look Im

If the signature is already applied, you cannot modify the document anymore without invalidating the signature. Open up the signature panel on the left side and right-click (or Ctrl-click) on it and soft to clear the signature (you can do this for your own signatures). Then resize the field and sign again.
Resizing an existing electronic signature file or logo file to be in the appropriate dimensions: Open Microsoft Paint (do not open the signature or logo file) Click the Resize button. Mark the option to resize the blank area by pixels and unmark the check box to Maintain aspect ratio

When you select the document and before initiating the signature process please go to custom form options and from there you can resize the Signature field. Just click and hold from the bottom right corner of this field and resize it.
