so ive got my piece of offending text here lets just say im unable to move this uh one reason may be that the the element is locked so up here in the toolbar ive got this lock button uh you can see that sometimes its buried under the ellipses just depending on how many things are going on in the screen other times its just up here available for you to click when ive got it locked you can see theres a little lock icon when i click it and when it is locked im unable to really do much to interact with it so moving and resizing isnt possible but really simply i can go up to the toolbar after clicking it and click unlock again it may be under the ellipses and go down and push unlock and then after that you should be able to resize and move it just fine typically if youre able to grab this little crosshairs icon then you should be able to move the item around sometimes you need to zoom in a little bit so that youre able to get close enough so that youre able to move the item as
